Vend74: bright nova candidate in M31
I've just discovered a bright (~16.411CV magnitudes) possible nova on my 8x120s co-added M31 photos taken at 2025. november 03.1914UT using the 0.61-m f/6.5 CDK reflector, Sierra Remote Observatory at Auberry California USA. The transiens was visible on all eight individual 120s images. The discovery of this transient has been reported as PNV J00424541+4115192 and AT 2025acfl respectively. Coordinates of Vend74 : 00 42 45.52 +41 15 18.8 (J20000.0). The astrometry was provided by Tamás Elek, Nyíregyháza-Oros, Hungary using the original discovery images).
